of the 17th. November last (1988/13) informing us that the Agreement has been approved by the Secretary of State for the Colonies.

We are instructed to inform you that lessrs. Denison, Ram and Gibbs have been appointed Consulting Engineers for the main line of the proposed tramway or light railway, and desire to make a preliminary survey of the route.

Will you kindly give directions for the necessary facilities to be granted to Messrs. Denison, Ram

& Gibbs.
